Where It Started

Architected and deployed a multi-service AI platform with automated infrastructure using AWS ECS, Terraform multi-environment IaC, and CodePipeline-based CI/CD.

Problems
  • 4 separate microservices deployed manually, each a different stack
  • No isolation between Dev, QA and Production environments
  • Manual server provisioning — hours lost per environment spin-up
  • No CDN — slow global load times for the AI platform

Week 1
Audit & Terraform Architecture
Mapped all 4 microservices and designed isolated Dev/QA/Prod Terraform modules for VPC, ECS, ECR and networking.
Week 2–3
Containerization
Built optimized multi-stage Docker configs per service stack (Python, React, TypeScript, Node) and pushed to ECR.
Week 3–4
CI/CD Pipeline
Implemented CodeBuild + CodePipeline for fully automated build-test-deploy across all 3 environments.
Week 5
CDN, ALB & Handover
Configured CloudFront + ALB + Auto Scaling Groups, Nginx reverse proxy, and handed over with full documentation.
